Geez.I've been really into layering my Stila Azur (iridescent navy) eyeshadow in a very fine, precise line (I wet the shadow) over my Smashbox Caviar Gel liner.
The blue softens the line and pops a bit on my hazel eyes--but they don't make it any more!!
From what I can gather, Bobbi Brown makes a navy eyeshadow very similar.
So I found a very budget photo of Azur.
